| Statistical Society of Australia Queensland Branch |
This list serves members of the Statistical Society of Australia (Queensland Branch) for fast dissemination of information about statistical activity in Queensland. It is used to give brief reminders of meetings and to supplement the newsletter when necessary.
New Members of the Branch are not automatically included and so the list by no means contains every member of the Branch. In order to obtain notices and reminders of upcoming meetings and other important events, new Members are encouraged to join as outlined below. Also, please note that list membership is not restricted to Branch members.
You can join the Branch electronic mailing list by simply emailing majordomo@lists.uq.edu.au with no subject header and the one-line message subscribe ssaqld.
Details of how to subscribe, unsubscribe, read old postings and much more may be found here.
There is also a mailing list for the wider statistical community in Australia and New Zealand. To join, you can email majordomo@lists.uq.edu.au with no subject header and the one-line message subscribe anzstat.
Please see details here.
